Can you deliver and collect a skip on the same day?
Yes, generally we can deliver before 9:30am and pick up no later than 4:00pm. We also operate a Wait and Load service, where we can wait with the lorry up to 30 minutes while you load the skip, at no extra charge.
What if I finish with my skip before the 7 day period is up?
Simple, just give us a call and we will collect it as soon as possible.
What if I require the skip for longer than 7 days?
We can arrange for longer hire terms or extend hire terms. Call our sales office for further information.
How much notice do I need to order a skip?
We can often deliver the same day with orders placed before 12:00pm. If not, we will definitely deliver the next day. Please note, we don't deliver at weekends.
Do you supply covers for your skips?
We don't supply covers while the skip is on hire, but we will net the skip when we collect it.
Can I put a fridge in one of your skips?
We cannot take fridges or any other hazardous wastes. Please call the sales office if in doubt.
What happens to the waste?
All waste taken away in our skips is taken to our recycling centre where it is treated, leaving minimal amounts to go to landfill. Please see our 'About Us' page for more details.
Do I need to be here when the skip is delivered?
No, we can deliver or collect skips without you being at home.
Can you lift the skip over my hedge?
We can, depending on the height of your hedge. Please call our sales office.
Do you charge different rates for different types of materials?
No, the price quoted is for soil, brick or mixed rubbish. There are no hidden extras.
Can you deliver and collect within specific times?
Yes, we can normally give you a window of one hour and deliver or collect within that time.
